Emotional Freedom Technique – EFT/Tapping

Emotional Freedom Technique – also known as EFT or Tapping – is an evidence based modality that can rewire the brain’s stress response. Tapping certain acupressure points sends calming signals to the amygdala and hippocampus, the stress centre of the brain, allowing the body and the brain to release associations of negative experiences, emotions, and thoughts in order to better show up in our life and realise the highest version of ourselves.


Stress would have to be one of the most important root causes of dis-ease and non well-being that we deal with today. Our modern lifestyles do not ‘switch off’ once the so called sabre tooth tiger disappears. Stress effects health, mental capacity to think clearly, achieve emotional balance, live in alignment, speak your truth, and respond to uncertainty calmly and rationally.
