My name is Anna Grillo. I’m a Kinesiologist and specialise in emotional intelligence. I’m all about helping you unlock your hidden barriers and master self-awareness.
Stress is such an epidemic. Juggling family, work and loved ones often means self-care or just time to pursue your own passions often fall to the end of the line.
